5th May Update: In light of tightened safe management measures, ticket sales for live performances and workshops are paused from today (5 May) until further notice.

As the latest guidelines from NAC cover events from 8 - 30 May, we will not be issuing refunds as yet.

Thank you for joining us at StoryFest 2021. We assure all Festival-goers that we are working with The Arts House to enforce necessary precautionary measures.

Please stay home if you’re feeling unwell, practise good personal hygiene, and follow safe distancing measures in public spaces.

Safe access & precautionary measures

Safe access

All patrons will need to have their temperatures screened and produce their TraceTogether application or token for SafeEntry to enter The Arts House. After scanning the QR code with your TraceTogether application, please select the venue you are headed to e.g. Play Den, Living Room or Blue Room.

Restricted capacity

Seating capacity has been limited according to government advisories.

Seating arrangements

In line with government advisories, all groups mentioned below should not exceed 5 persons. Seats will be allocated and patrons might not be seated together. We seek your cooperation in adhering to safe distancing guidelines for audience seating.

Please note the event-specific measures below:

Performances (adult audiences)
Patrons will be seated as individuals or in pairs with at least 1m safe distance all around – either between groups or between each individual patron.

There will be:

Performances (family audiences)
Patrons will be seated in pairs with at least 1m safe distance all around between groups.

There will be:

Workshops (adult participants)
Participants will be seated in groups of up to 5 persons with at least 1 metre spacing between all groups.

There will be:

Staying masked

All adult patrons and children ages 6 years old and above must wear masks throughout their time at StoryFest, including during performances and workshops.

Children under the age of 6 years are advised to wear their masks throughout their time at StoryFest.

Regular cleaning and sanitisation

The Arts House is SG Clean certified. There will be regular wipe down of high touch points in our venues before and after each performance. There will also be hand sanitisers around the venue.

General Seating Advisory

All latecomers must wait for suitable cues for seating. There will be no intermission during the performance.
